If You’re Not Making The Progress You’d Like To Make It’s Because You Lack Clarity

The key to high achievement is: “Clarity, Clarity, Clarity,” in regard to EVERYTHING in your life.

1. YOUR INTENTIONS

Your intentions are the starting point of your dreams, hopes, and desires. Everything that happens in your life begins with an intention unconscious or conscious. And your “clarity” of what you want in life accounts for 80% of your success and happiness. Hazy desires bring hazy results and indefinite desires bring indefinite results. Lack of clarity is most likely the leading cause for frustration and underachievement than any other single factor.

“Every person’s life depends on the process of choosing goals to pursue; if you remain passive you are not going to thrive as a human being.” – Edwin A. Locke

Setting goals is the first step from turning the invisible to visible.” – Tony Robbins

So if you want to change the visible, you must first change the invisible in other words you are the creator of your reality. Through your thoughts and feelings, you manifest. Your inner world is always reflected in your outer world.

The visible is always a mirror of the invisible. The reality is imagined before it manifests itself. – Paulo Coelho.

If you want to change you life’s direction, you need to direct your intention.

2. YOUR MINDSET

Studies have shown that when you train your mind to think about what you want in life and work towards reaching it, the brain automatically rewires itself to acquire the ideal self-image and makes it an essential part of your identity.

Conventional self-improvement plans deal merely with exterior issues. Whenever we try to change ourselves from the outside in, it never lasts. We may change our habits and patterns through self-restraint, but individual willpower never lasts long enough to keep us on track.

As long as you’re still the same on the inside, at the level of thoughts, beliefs, patterns of thinking, and emotions, you haven’t really changed. During COVID people would say: “ I’m realising so much because of COVID,” but I’m sad to say most of them are back to the same habits of thought and action they had prior to the lockdown.

Inward processes always precede REAL CHANGE. Our thinking is still being run by old software, and its software is plagued by viruses of limiting beliefs. This software hasn’t been updated with the right programming since you were born.

The good news is that your brain is not hardwired and the beauty of that is that your brain is capable of quickly un-learning limitation, and rapidly becoming unlimited.

3. YOUR BEHAVIOUR

The joy is in the journey and everything you need to be happy exists right now in your life. So what do you need to do today to live your dream? You must learn how to make happiness out of what’s happening to you right now. Happiness exists right now in every moment.

Too many times we let the burdens and our desires, and our day-to-day challenges rob from us the miraculous splendour of what life has for us. Every day there is an abundance of treasures happening to each one of us, but we miss them. Invariably we overlook them because we tune them out by not seeing their value.

“Every man’s life is a fairy tale written by God’s fingers.” – Hans Christian Andersen. Life itself is the most wonderful fairy tale. The whole world is a series of miracles, but we’re so used to them we call them ordinary things.

Even if you’re doing your life’s work there is no guarantee that you will experience deep satisfaction in your journey or even success. However, if you haven’t somewhere along your journey understood how you feel moment to moment, and that really matters, and this is not just in your work but transcends into all the areas of your life.

So your real challenge, in your so-called life’s work, is enjoying every moment. Your true life work is to get happy.

Happiness is a journey, not a destination; happiness is to be found along the way not at the end of the road, for then the journey is over and it’s too late. The time for happiness is today not tomorrow.” –Paul H. Dunn
