“Doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results. If we run the same old pattern, we going to get the same old results.” (I’m paraphrasing Einstein’s definition of insanity).
At the end of 2023 and the beginning of 2024 in all our workshops and articles that went out, we spoke incessantly about NOT dragging the ‘old-you’ into the ‘new-year’.
However, this is a generic observation – this does not apply to everyone. But many of us haven’t changed much – if at all. It has been business as usual.
We must look at our HISTORY and remember that very little happens today that has no precedent, or pattern in our history. In some cases, we haven’t learned many lessons from our previous years – falling into the same traps.
I know that all of us are very smart because look at where we are now, but we are also aware of where we need to change to be where we would prefer to be.
These changes could be at home, at work, our work habits, our eating habits, and ‘especially’ our thoughts and feelings, etcetera, etcetera. We need to sit back and contemplate, study, review, and assess our current situation.

Have you noticed that the only constant in life is CHANGE?
The changes ‘we’ always talk about are not physical. Most people sometimes find it easier to get excited thinking about changing their jobs or changing how to do their jobs. Change the country they live in. Change their eating plan, change life partners, change their exercise programme.
However, the real power exists in first changing how we THINK and FEEL about the above.
When we think of good health, more money, loving relationships, and a better job, those things are further down the road. But right now I need to think about my energy currency. When I focus on the good in my life right now I feel prosperous in health and money – that is energy currency.
Clarity is energy currency, feeling proud is energy currency, and feeling worthy is energy currency. So my emotion is the first manifestation, the perfect health, and the money will be the later manifestation. But if I don’t get the first manifestation, I won’t get the later manifestation. This is how we turn thoughts into things. A basic Law of Nature is that… The Exterior is a reflection of the Interior.
For example, we want an above-average job and above-average income, but we’re not prepared to become above-average people.
Above average people think differently, feel differently, speak differently and of course act differently. I see this in all of my successful clients.
However, you have to practice positive emotions long enough that you’re stable in it. We’re not talking about positive thinking which is just sugarcoating. WE ARE TALKING ABOUT POSITIVE BEING!
– When you are filled with resentment, jealousy, doubt, fear, and negative emotions – these are energies and what do you think you attract?
– When you are filled with love, compassion, appreciation, patience, and feel deserving – these are energies and what do you think you attract?
PROTECT YOUR MOOD YOUR ATTITUDE
You have to protect yourself from other people’s poison. Social media, news media, and some of the people’s poison around you too.
There was an experiment that was carried out with 120 people using EEG – a brain scan
… they were asked to focus on feelings of resentment, fear, frustration
… then they measured their immune response.
… they found that when people are feeling frustrated, resentful, and fearful, their immune system dials down
… when people practice appreciation, thankfulness, and gratitude
… they found that within four days their immune system up-regulated by 50%
… they found that two genes that suppress cancer growth and tumours are activated and up-regulated
… they found that all the genes are upgraded
… the anti-cancer genes, the anti-ageing genes and the body naturally do this, and this is in just four days.
… so in just four days, you can change your genetic destiny.
