WRONG SIDE OF THE BED
What is the first thing you do when you wake up in the morning?
You may look at your phone.
This can make you feel anxious, and sometimes overwhelmed and pumps stress hormones like adrenaline
norepinephrine, and cortisol into your body.
And when you’re in a negative state or a fearful state everything looks ‘threatening’. So you get out on the wrong side of the bed – you get off on the wrong foot.
KICKSTART YOUR DAY

The first five minutes as you wake you are in the Alpha state of mind which is a powerful state. Use it wisely!
When operating at the Alpha level, you possess the ability to influence your body’s healing processes. At this brain frequency, you have the power to reshape, transform, and rejuvenate yourself by rewiring and redefining your thoughts and behaviours.
So your bathroom visit may be the first thing that you do. Then for me, I sit to meditate and after that, I’m in a powerful state to do my blessings.
‘Then’ when I’m in this STATE OF BEING or this mindset I’m ready to look at my activities for the day. When you do this you’ll find that you’re more hopeful, you’re more creative and optimistic because you see things as they truly are – OPPORTUNITIES!

The problem is not the problem. The problem is your attitude about the problem.
So it’s what you do with that Alpha level in that first five minutes – that is where the magic begins. Don’t waste this incredible moment to start your day off on the “right foot.”
BRAIN WAVES

There are five brainwave states that you could be in:
BETA is a very busy brain activity and If you stay in the Beta state you are constantly analysing
ALPHA brainwave activity is relaxed and this is where you get your creative ‘aha’ ideas
THETA waves emerge in the twilight state or in a very deep relaxed state (meditation/MEG exercises) and we have access to the subconscious
DELTA is deep sleep – in this realm there is little conscious awareness and the body is restoring itself (healing)
GAMMA brain waves are the most coherent brain activity usually linked to elevated states of mind evident during peak state-flow moments and being in the ‘zone’.
Jackie Stewart speaks about how he gets into the zone: “When I’m driving I become aware of having to change my mood, to put aside all these thoughts that could lock me into a plan that might interfere with my driving – so I isolate myself beyond anyone’s reach, trying to cleanse my mind and I negotiate my emotions into a more favourable currency.”
High-range Beta is usually during stressful situations – sustained High-Beta sends the brain into disorder. And living in this margin of brain waves is like driving a car in first gear while simultaneously stepping on the accelerator.
These people ‘drive through’ their lives without ever stopping to consider shifting gears into other brain waves.
THE POWER OF THE SPIRIT

Spirituality does not mean any particular practice. It is a certain way of Being!
It is said that before you can HAVE, you must DO. And before you can do, you must BECOME.
The purpose of our work with our clients is three-fold:
1. To connect you with Becoming more of who you really are – your uniqueness.
2. To help you focus and facilitate your Doing.
3. Then Having and living the quality life you want and deserve.
Physicists are now saying that “spirituality” is no more than physics that we have yet to find an equation for.
If you viewed your human body through the eyes of a physicist you would see the body as energy. We are energy beings, or essentially we are spirits.
When working with the exercises we’ve given you – you’re creating a New State Of Being, broadcasting a new electromagnetic signature.
Scientific studies at HeartMath in California have found that the energy of the heart is 500 times more powerful than the energy of the mind.
They have discovered that the most “potent” thought to insert into your mind to bring your heart and mind into coherence is thoughts of APPRECIATION.
